It is the World's largest Megacity with a population in the tens of millions, boasting the World's highest civilization level and population.
It is starkly contrasted to Sodom, for it is a place of Order, a perfect machine, a system that caculates all actions.
There is no suffering in this World, for people are unable to think on their own. Nor feel any emotions apart from joy. Always holding a sickening, morbid smile.
Man is Born, he Lives, and he Dies. Without any signifigance attributed to it. They may be alive, but they are not living.
As they have no concept of evil in their minds, they also have no method of defending against it.
