Varuna (ヴァルナ, Vu~aruna) , also known as The Observer (観測者, Kansoku-sha) was the lover of Mithra and still is the conciousness of the Throne itself.

He was the Lover of Mithra, and was implemented into the Throne as its conciousness upon her Ascension.
Nature[]
Each sucessive Sensory seems to be focused upon combat with Magic Bullets. Due to this it is safe to assume that his main weapon, before implementation into the Throne, were Firearms.

Trivia[]
He is named after the Vedic God of Wind, who was considered so close to Mitra that they were often refered to in Scriptures with the dvanda compound Mitra-Varuna.
