Valerian Trifa (ヴァレリアン・トリファ, Varerian Torifa), also known as the Divine Vessel (聖餐杯, Seisanhai, literally Holy Grail) or Christof Lohengrin (クリストフ・ローエングリーン, Kurisutofu Rooenguriin) is a member of the Longinus Dreizehn Orden , occupying the Third Seat of the Obsidian Round Table.
He acts as the Representative of the Golden Beast and the Acting Commander of the Longinus Dreizehn Orden.
Personality[]
He is a man who always takes action, always prefering an active role.
He cares deeply for Rea Himuro, feeling that she was the closest thing he ever had to a daughter. Thus he went out of his way to find an alternative method that would not require sacrificing her.
Abilities[]
Valerian was born the innate ability to read the hearts of others. This power allows him to see others' true intentions and motives. Though he lost this ability upon recieving Heilige Eohl.
As he has the body of Reinhard Heydrich, Heilige Eohl, he was granted with incredible defensive capabilities that left him nigh-invulnerable. The only beings capable of hurting him in this state are Machina and Ren Fuji upon achieving Ein Faust Finale.[1]
He is also capable of summoning the Holy Lance, though he typically uses this has a last resort, and it also leaves him briefly vulnerable. Thus posing a great risk for himself.

Valerian Trifa is a Real World Romanian Priest and Outspoken Anti-Semite, who had connections with the Third Reich. He caused a progrom in Romania, and later attempted to renew the Halocaust after the end of World War II. He died January 28th, 1987. His Chant is a qoute from the Opera Lohengrin
