Rot Spinne (ロート・シュピーネ, Rooto Shupiine) is a member of the Longinus Dreizehn Orden. He occupies the seat number X in the Black Round Table.
Personality[]
He is a sadistic man entirely lacking in ideals, who only joined the LDO so that he could enjoy torturing and killing countless, without any fear of persecution.
Though despite his cruelty and lack of empathy he is good with people, and thus was in charge of public relations in the Obsidian Round Table.
He is the most cowardly of the Knights, always remaining in the background due to his relative inexperience in combat.
History[]
He was originally a scientist working at KL Warschau. Where he was known for outrageous human experimentation, for he was a sadistic man to his very core. He did not experiment for the purposes of academia, but rather for his own sick amusement.
One of his favourite methods was strangling them to death with wire. Which manifested as his Relic. Warsaw Ghetto.
Obsidian Round Table[]
He was a relative latecomer to the Obsidian Round Table, he was introduced to the group by Valerian Trifa.
He was assigned with the management of funds and was also the one who takes care of more behind the scenes affairs. Typically those dealing with the gathering of information.
He largely acted as a bridge between the Longinus Driezehn Orden and Society, and was in charge of Intel and Finances. And has been very active as a Jack-of-All-Trades since the end of the War.
In time he forgot his true name, and now identifies solely as Rott Spinne.
Interview with Kaziklu Bey[]
He, along with the rest of the Table, were called to Paderborne and the Wewelsburg Castle to be informed about the disappearance of Valerian Trifa and the swirling of an anomaly in Katyn Forest.
He gathered information on the mysterious pass of Ludwig von Rosenkranz. Discovering that he was a religious zealot who worked in a Vatican Black Ops unit. Where he had never run into failure, leading him to speculate that his failure in Katyn was a first for him.
He was also able to dig up Claudia Jerusalem's medical records, which he passed over to Samiel.
Post-War[]
As the head of ODESSA was assigned the job of protecting various war criminals of the Third Reich after the War. Thus he helped various figures, such as Adolf Eichmann, escape from Germany. Typically having them immigrate into South America.
He was also set as the manager of Suwahara City, ensuring that it will grow into a prosperous city; to do this he became the head of the Block Corporation under the alias of Frederick Herman. Where he got in touch with Keichirou Honjou and granted him an offer; if he were to go to Suwahara City and assume a role of developing it as a city with a strong medical industry, and in return he will be guaranteed riches and prestige from his benefactor.
Thus Suwahara began with Hojou as a foothold.
As head of the Block Corporation he retained rights to the management of the enterprise, and thus the whole of Suwahara. Only changing aliases to give the illusion of management changing hands over the years.
Project Sarastro[]

Though his very worldly nature led him to, in time, doubt if he truly desired the "Paradise" promised to him. For it would end his life of violence and depravity. Thus he decided that he would sabotage the Transmutation in order to suit his desired ends.
He took advantage of Kouzou Ayase's experiments on the infant Zarathustra. Taking his somatic cells and developing a clone of the Ubermench.
This was the start of Project Sarastro.
Whil the Project seemed to be a success, each subsequent clone was a greater and greater failure. Each becoming weaker, and having less Ego than the last. Thus the project was ceased.
Verfaulder Segen[]
He fought against Doppelander alongside Wilhelm and Rusulka.
He also meets with Kai Sakurai in the Park right after he willingly took up the mantle of Tubal Cain.
He would occasionally be assigned to assist in the training of Kei Sakurai around the world from 1995 to 2006 while she was training to claim the Fifth Seat after the death of Beatrice.
Dies Irae~Common Route[]
He negotiated with Trifa and was allowed to be the first Knight to attack Ren Fuji. In order to attract him he kidnapped Kasumi Ayase (Who turned out to be fake).
He however did not immediately attack Ren, but proposed that they join forces to overthrow the Round Table. Though when his proposal was refused he lashed out in anger.
It was in this battle that his Relic was destroyed and he was slain.
Abilities[]
Unlike the rest of the Table he does not specialize in direct combat but rather in the gathering of information. In terms of direct combat he is easily the weakest member of the Longinus Dreizehn Orden. Only having attained the Yetzirah Degree of Ewigkeit, Though he is one of the most intelligent members of the table.
Yetzirah: Warsaw Ghetto[]

His Holy Relic, a Human Fusion Type. It was a noose used for the strangling of prisoners of KL Warscau.
This allows him to manipulate sharp, wire-like objects which track the enemy. Bending around like a snake.
They are capable both of cutting both flesh and steel alike. But can also be used to wrap around and capture his foes.
