Hadou Gods (覇道神, Hadо̄shin), localized as Hegemony Gods, are one of the two types of deities in Shinza banshou, and referring to those who emanate out their Law and paint the world in their own colour.
Hadou is the disposition of the Kings, the desire to spread the Hegemony that defines them and paint everything to be in their color.[1] It is a desire to control the world and make it follow its own whims and manners, to make it conform to its Craving. This always takes the form of some form of dominion, no matter how virtuous the Law may be, as Hadou is inherently a form of enforcing dominion upon the world, and it would not always manifest in exactly the way that a God envisioned. [2]
They are defined by spreading outward, affecting the external world, in comparison to the Gudou Gods who effect their own internal world.
Hadou is that which sets the stage, thus, in sequence, it predates Gudou. [3]
Nature[]
They are Supreme and Emanate their Law outward through the World, expanding infinitely and subjugating all under their supreme Law.[4] Once an emanation begins, it will extend out infinitely to paint all creation, and it cannot be stopped, even if the God wishes it to do so. [5] One can say a God is the origin and embodiment of their own Law. [6] With it, and the world it governs, being nothing more than an extension of their being, part of their body; therefore they have full awareness of what goes on within their world.
They define their own boundaries, and dedicate themselves to continuous and unlimited expansion, and no matter the size or complexity of a space, Hadou will flood it in its entirety. All things will be put under their Hegemony, and due to that two Hadou Gods cannot peacefully coexist, as their Laws will clash and damage the fabric of reality.
As they exist outside of and transcendent of reality, existing in a different phase of sorts, and control the fundamental energy from which all concepts are sprung, they are unable to be harmed by anything of the world. Much like how a depiction of raging flames, no matter how realistic, can never burn a real human being. [7][8] Therefore, to them, the world is like onto a mere fiction.
Each Hadou God is able to bore into the Singularity, and the stronger the God, the larger and deeper the universe they can create is. That meaning, the depth of the "hole" into the Singularity they can create is dependent upon the strength of their Atman, or soul. [9]
One's Law is not necessarily set, and it can change with time due to various factors that depend upon the individual, but it all boils down to the idea of ones Craving changing, and their Law, by consequence, changing as well. One example of this is seen with Sirius, and how his Hadou Law began as the Flames of Worthlessness, but when he regained his love, it evolved into Paradise Lost, the Law of Moksha.
They are much larger than the Gudou Gods, because if you compare them in the big picture, the Gudou Gods are just cells, while the Hadou Gods are multicellular organisms.
The emanatory and hegemonic nature of Hadou Gods finds its basis in the strange nature of Naraka, but it is not wholly similar to it.
Known Individuals[]
Hadou Gods are not as limited in where they can form, and were capable of forming in every Era, though the nature of the Sixth Heaven does indirectly prevent the rise of Hadou Gods through the self-centeredness imposed upon its inhabitants.

"No, I know it to be impossible. Once an Emanation begins, it expands to blanket all creation and reach permeance, at which point it can only be repainted by someone else.
At this moment, we are in a singularity. Owing to this phenomenon, the flow has been forced to a halt. The brush fell into the hole; the paint on the canvas is being neglected.
By principle, the brush cannot be stopped till the painting reaches completion, and when it does, the painter -- struggle as they may -- can never again redo the work."
